  The staff were extremely rude today. We had an appointment for our dog we adopted there, and the doctor didn't even really look at our dog. Just pet her once then began saying that she "assumes" what's going on with her. On top of that, she didn't even introduce herself. She had no sense of personality and acted like our appointment wasn't important. Lastly, when we went to checkout, the lady collecting our money literally said no more than 2 words to us. Will not be spending any money here ever again.

  If you need to know anything about this place, it's this: go to an actual vet. This place is extremely dirty and there's something wrong with your veterinary services. I took my two cats to get fixed here because they seemed trustworthy and it was cheap. I regret giving these people my money. My one cat developed an extreme infection on his arm after he got neutered to the point where I wasn't certain if he was going to live. I called the Humane Society and said, "I need your soonest as possible appointment, it's rather urgent." The closest appointment I could get was a week later. A WEEK! My cat got all fixed up and fine but then another disaster happened: my OTHER cat developed an extreme infection on his neck. I knew at this point that it must have something to do with the Humane Society and took him to Apline where they got him in a day after I called. So in short: I got two cats fixed here and within weeks of them being there, they both developed life threatening infections. Do not go here.
